Where can I earn rewards?
Key Holders are eligible for 3% back in Reward Dollars every time they shop at Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, west elm, Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home and Mark and Graham. Purchases can be made online, over the phone with our Care Center, or at any store location, including Outlets. At this time, Rejuvenation is not included in the Key Rewards Program.
What are the benefits of being a Key Holder?
In addition to earning Reward Dollars on every qualifying purchase, Key Holders are eligible for invitations to exclusive events, early access to shopping, a personal in-store concierge, free in-store gift wrapping and surprise treats. Plus, we're adding new benefits every season.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
There is no purchase required to join The Key.
Are there any limitations on earning Reward Dollars?
Reward Dollars are eligible on merchandise prices only; taxes, shipping, and processing charges, delivery charges, and purchases made with a Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brand gift card are not eligible to earn rewards. Reward Dollars are currently available on U.S. purchases only. At this time, Canada is not included. Key Reward Dollars cannot be earned with the use of a Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn or west elm credit card.
What can I buy with my Reward Dollars?
You can use your Reward Dollars towards the purchase of any product from participating brands. Gift cards and services cannot be purchased with Reward Dollars. Additional exclusions may apply; see your electronic certificate for details and specific exclusions.
I have a credit card with a Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brand. Can I sign up for the Key Rewards, too?
Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn and west elm credit card holders are invited to join The Key; however, by using a brand credit card, purchases will qualify for the highest reward value offered by the credit card program, and will not be eligible to earn additional rewards via The Key.
How will I receive my Reward Dollars?
Every time you shop, let us know you're a Key Holder by providing your registered email at checkout. We'll email your Reward Dollars, straight to your inbox! Reward Dollars will be issued via electronic certificate, with an expiration date, to the Key Holder’s registered email address. Key Holders who enroll in the period from 7/1-8/31/2017 will receive their Reward Dollars in a certificate issued via email in September, 2017.
How do I use my Reward Dollars?
You can redeem your Reward Dollars online, in participating stores or over the phone. To redeem online, enter your Reward Dollars Certificate Number at checkout. To redeem in stores, provide your Reward Dollars Certificate at purchase, and a store associate will scan or enter your Certificate Number. To redeem over the phone, call our Customer Care center at 1-844-445-7670 and provide your Reward Dollars Certificate Number.
How do I check my current Reward Dollars balance?
At this time, Key Holders cannot check a Reward Dollars balance online, in stores and over the phone. We will be introducing this feature in the future. In the interim, Key Holders who enroll in the period from 7/1-8/31/2017 will receive their Reward Dollars balance in a certificate issued via email in September 2017.
When do my Reward Dollars expire?
When you receive your Reward Dollars Certificate, it will include an expiration date. Be sure to check the date on your certificate and use your Reward Dollars before they expire!
Can I return an item purchased with Reward Dollars?
Reward Dollars are non-refundable; on returning a product, you will not receive a certificate for any Reward Dollars used towards purchase. Same-day cancellations are not available or refundable for products purchased with Reward Dollars online or over the phone.
Can I purchase a Gift Card with my Reward Dollars?
No, customers are not able to purchase Gift Cards with Reward Dollars. However, you can earn Reward Dollars on any Gift Card purchases you make. Purchases made with a Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brand gift card are not eligible to earn rewards.
Can I transfer my Reward Dollars to another person?
No, we do not currently support transfer of Reward Dollars between people.
Are members of WSI's "To The Trade" program eligible for Rewards?
Yes! All design professionals enrolled in our "To The Trade" program are also eligible to enroll in the Key Rewards. Just make sure to use your registered email address at signup.
