** You can use mobile.woodforest.com or download the Woodforest Mobile app to log into Woodforest Online Banking Services, access the ATM / Branch Locator and find contact information.

** If you have enrolled in Online Banking you will have access to online banking features including account balances, transactions, fund transfers, and bill pay.

** All you need is a web-enabled mobile device*, iPhone®, iPod touch®, iPad® or AndroidTM device.

** The first time you log into mobile online Banking, you will be required to register your device.

Please refer to the following guides for instructions on how to log in for the first time and register your devices :

1. Open the Woodforest application.

2. Select Sign In to access Mobile Online Banking.

** The Log In screen displays.

3. Enter your Woodforest Online Banking User ID and Password.

4. Select Log In.

** The New Device Detected screen displays.

5. Select Get Activation Code.

** The Send Code screen displays.

6. Select the email address where you would like the Activation Code sent.

** The email addresses are masked for security reasons.

7. Monitor your email Inbox for an email with the following information

Subject: Online Banking Activation Code

** You must retrieve and enter your Activation Code within 30 minutes after receipt.

** After 30 minutes, the Activation Code is no longer valid and you must request a new Activation Code following the steps above.

** Do NOT select Log Off prior to entering the Activation Code.

** Doing so will require you to request a new Activation Code following

8. Enter the Activation Code into the Activation Code field.

9. Enter your Online Banking password into the Password field.

10. Select Log In. The Accounts summary screen displays upon successful login.

11. Select one of the icons displayed at the bottom of the screen to navigate to where you wish to go.

** The mobile.woodforest.com website is available on mobile phones with a full internet browser.

** Your phone will display the website in either a rich or text version depending on the operating system and version currently installed on your device.

** The “Log In” option will appear on the main menu of supported devices capable of logging into online banking.

** If you do not enter your Activation Code within 30 minutes upon receipt in your email Inbox, the Activation Code will expire.

** If you attempt to enter an expired Activation Code, you will be returned to the Log In screen where you must go through the first time login procedures again prior to successfully logging into Mobile Banking.

** If you enter your Activation Code incorrectly three times, your account will be locked out.

** The Message Your Account Has Been Locked Out Displays.
