Raymour and Flanigan has terrible service

About one month ago my sister ordered a new dining room table for my birthday for me on-line using her credit card.Unfortunately, when the table arrived it was damaged and very poorly made.

I contacted Raymour and Flanigan and they told me they had a no-return policy but I could go to the store pick out something else and would get a full store credit and when the furniture was delivered they would pick up the table. Did not happen!

I went to the store and picked up $1400 worth of new furniture. When I got to customer service they stated that the credit could only put in my sister's name (her credit card) since it was purchased by her after they pick up the table.

Fine - no problem. The new furniture was delivered and the table was picked up. My sister calls and they tell her that eventhough she ordered on-line that she would need to travel one hour to the nearest Raymour and Flanigan to get her credit. What the ***!

I am furious and will never order or recommend that anyone order from any Raymour and Flanigan again!!

They are rip offs.I cannot believe a big name bank like Wells Fargo can charge a $25 late fee for being only one day late!!

Well it's true, they did it to me!!I called, they got rude, I got rude back, and I just cannot wait to finish paying off this furniture.

I second that! Raymour and Flanigan has horrible service and their employees are rude! We went to buy a bed for our daughter and upon discovering that we were *** the lady that was helping us suddenly had other clientele to deal with and placed us in the care of another man who finished the transaction for us.

Upon receiving the bed we noticed that the material was separating was I called Raymour and Flanigan in order to send a new set to replace it. The operator said that she would send a technician out to inspect the bed and see whether it really needed to be replaced. She said that she had no available techs and that she would e-mail me with a schedule that I could choose from. So far, I have called twice, received no e-mail or phone correspondance and have not seen a technician at my house! It's ridiculous! For the amount of money that you spend at that joint you would figure the least they could do is treat you in a respectable manner and address your concerns.

I will never buy anything from them again and would not suggest anyone else do so.
